    儀器簡介:

    The Model 833 SC200D CCD camera is a new member to the ORIUS family of high performance CCD cameras. It is a single 35mm port, 2k x 2k CCD (4M pixels), retractable lens-coupled camera designed with a special robust scintillator for resisting electron beam damage, up to 400kV. The SC200D is designed to deliver high resolution and TV readout speed for diffraction imaging applications in materials science. The combination of high quality optical technology, robust scintillator, high frame rate CCD sensor, and advanced CCD readout electronics (single/dual-port) has given the SC200D camera the best price-performance value.

    The unique design of this camera consists of a high quality custom designed optical lens system and a patented transmission scintillator. The optical lens offers the optimum in sensitivity and resolution for diffraction imaging applications. Combined with the exceptional anti-blooming performance of the CCD sensor, SC200D is an ideal camera for recording diffraction patterns.
    The high frame rate (up to 30fps) of the SC200D offers the user a new capability: TEM in-situ observations for material science applications. The SC200D can output high quality (gain normalized) LIVE images that are corrected for cosmetic defects or shading.
