ES500W-透鏡耦合CCD相機(jī)

此款1350x1040像素的CCD相機(jī)提供了數(shù)碼視頻和數(shù)碼圖像兩種記錄方式，適合做動(dòng)態(tài)觀察及拍攝照片。由于可接收高強(qiáng)度電子束入射，使其可以直接拍攝電子衍射花樣。782可與已安裝的794、894一體化，以完成取代底片拍攝高分辨圖像及電子衍射圖像工作，并通過專用的電子衍射花樣分析軟件以實(shí)現(xiàn)衍射斑點(diǎn)的標(biāo)定及分析。
