表達(dá)區(qū)間及表達(dá)系統(tǒng)（Source）	Human CDH17/Cadherin 17 Domain 1&2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Pro30-Pro244.[Accession \| Q12864]
分子量大?。?/font>Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 25.15 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 35-45 kDa based on SDS- PAGE result.
內(nèi)毒素（Endotoxin）	<1EU per μg by the LAL method.
純度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS- PAGE
活性（Activity）	ELISA Data: Immobilized Human CDH17 Domain 1&2, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-CDH17 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 11.4ng/ml determined by ELISA.
制劑（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
重構(gòu)方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

儲(chǔ)存條件

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3 months, -25~-15℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
