表達(dá)區(qū)間及表達(dá)系統(tǒng)（Source）	Cynomolgus IL-4 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus. It contains His25-Ser153.[Accession \| P79339-1]
分子量大?。∕olecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 16.03 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 23-28 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
內(nèi)毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
純度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
活性（Activity）	SPR Data:Cynomolgus IL-4, His Tag immobilized on CM5 Chip can bind Cynomolgus IL-4 R alpha, His Tag with an affinity constant of 13.48 nM as determined in SPR assay .
制劑（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
重構(gòu)方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

儲存條件

1.The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2.2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3.3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

4.Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
