表達(dá)區(qū)間及表達(dá)系統(tǒng)（Source）	Cynomolgus Siglec-10 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Thr17-Asn552.[Accession \| A0A2K5WBX8]
分子量大?。∕olecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 59.90 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-80 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
內(nèi)毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
純度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE,> 90% as determined by HPLC
活性（Activity）	ELISA Data: Immobilized Cynomolgus Siglec-10, His Tag at 2μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-Siglec-10 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 17.7ng/ml determined by ELISA.
制劑（Formulation）	Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 25mM MES, 150mM NaCl, 0.5M Arginine (pH 5.0).

儲(chǔ)存條件

The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
