分子量大?。∕olecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 62.64 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 68-80 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
內(nèi)毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
純度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
活性（Activity）	ELISA Data: Immobilized Biotinylated Human Siglec-10 (R119A) , His Tag at 2μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the streptavidin (5μg/ml) precoated plate. Dose response curve for Anti-Siglec-10 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 9.1ng/ml determined by ELISA.
制劑（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM Tirs 150mM NaCl, 200mM L-arginine (pH 8.0). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
重構(gòu)方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

儲存條件

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
