分子量大?。∕olecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 53.48 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
內(nèi)毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
純度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
活性（Activity）	ELISA Data: Immobilized Cynomolgus c-MPL, His Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-C-MPL Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 2.3ng/ml determined by ELISA.
制劑（Formulation）	Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 500mM NaCl, 3mM DTT, 10% Glycerol (pH 7.5).

儲(chǔ)存條件

The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
