分子量

Approximately 26.05 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 35-45 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.

活性

ELISA Data：Immobilized SARS-CoV-2 Spike RBD (Omicron BA.4/BA.5/BA.5.1.3/BA.5.2) , His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human ACE2, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 39.7ng/ml determined by ELISA.

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).

復(fù)溶

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
