用 途：本機(jī)可測試橡、塑料、皮革、金屬、尼龍線、織物、紙及航空、包裝、建筑、石化、電工、車輛…等等材料之拉伸、壓縮、彎折、剪力、粘接力、剝離、撕裂…等等試驗(yàn)，為品質(zhì)管制、進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)、物性試驗(yàn)、力學(xué)研究、材料開發(fā)之基本設(shè)備。

軟件功能：測控系統(tǒng)是專為微機(jī)電子wan能試驗(yàn)機(jī)、微機(jī)液壓wan能試驗(yàn)機(jī)、微機(jī)壓力機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的測控系統(tǒng)?？蛇M(jìn)行拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、撕裂、剝離試驗(yàn)。采用PC機(jī)和接口板進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的采集、保存、處理和打印試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。可計(jì)算最大力、屈服力、平均剝離力、最大變形、屈服點(diǎn)、彈性模量等參數(shù)；可進(jìn)行曲線處理、多傳感器支持、圖形圖像化的接口、靈活的數(shù)據(jù)處理、MS-ACCESS數(shù)據(jù)庫支持，使系統(tǒng)功能更為強(qiáng)大。

YL-1107 Servo Tensile Tester

Purpose:
This tester is designed for conduct tensile, compression, bending, shearing, bonding strength, pee領(lǐng), tearing and other tests for rubber, plastic, leather, metal, nylon line, fabric, paper, aviation, packaging, construction, petrifaction, electrician, vehicle and other materials. It is a basic equipment of quality control, receiving inspection, physical test, mechanics research, material development.
Software Function:
Test & Control System is designed for PC Electronic Universal Testing Machines, PC Hydraulic Universal Testing Machines and PC Compression testers; can conduct tensile, compression, bending, shearing, tearing and pee領(lǐng) test; use PC and interface board for data collection, preservation, processing and printing test result; can calculate max force, yield strength, average pee領(lǐng) force, max deformation, yield point, elastic modulus and other parameters; can conduct curve graphics processing, multi-sensor support, video and image interface, flexible data processing, MS-ACCESS database support, making more powerful function of system.
