PM10 PM2.5 SEQUENTIAL SAMPLING SYSTEM

The system LIFETEK PMS allows sequential samp領 of the PM 10 inhalable and of the PM2.5 respirable fraction PM 2.5 in compliance with the M.D.60 decree dated 02/04/2002 annex XI and with 2008/50/CE European standard annex VI where EN 12341 and EN 14907 standards are in force.
INSTRUMENT FEATURES
The instrument is supplied in a cabinet suitable to store all relevant components and it is made in order to grant suitable protection against atmospheric agents; the configuration suitable for the installation on mobile
devices is also available.
The high 6 m3/h rotary vane pump with high prevalence grants a costant
volume flow of 2,3 m 3/h in the samp領 pickup area where the granulometric
separation occurs in order to keep the speed of the air constant upon the PM10 or PM 2.5 heads input.
The sampler operation range is 5 to 70 l/min and it is equipped with an
electronic system for the automatic compensation of the losses of load.
It is also equipped with sensors for the measurement of the pressure fall on
the filter, of the atmospheric pressure and of the ambient temperature. The
volume is measured through volume dry flow meter with ± 2% max error.
The samp領 programming and the data supplied upon the samp領
comply with the M.D. 60 decree standards.The software allows the cyclic
repetition of the set programme and the initial delay to control the samp領
cycle. The stored data can be transferred to a USB pendrive.In case of power
failure interruption, the system stores the sampled data acquired, records the
event and grants the restart of the operation when the power supply is restored.
he samp領 system is set to use the GSM module (for the remote control of the samp領 and of the alarms through a text essage) and for the installation of a conditioning system for the filters storage at controlled temperature.
MODULE SELECT 16-The sequential module allows the automatic pick up
of the PM10 or PM 2.5 fraction on ? 47 mm filters inserted on suitable supports.
Operational autonomy is 16 filters.
