    主要功能

    采用開放式架構(gòu)體系,自由組合為田間便攜式、實(shí)驗(yàn)室型等掃描、攝像方式的個(gè)性面積測(cè)量?jī)x器,獲取葉片圖形并精確分析計(jì)算葉片面積及其相關(guān)參數(shù),廣泛運(yùn)用于農(nóng)藝和林學(xué)等形態(tài)學(xué)、病理學(xué)研究。

    運(yùn)用各種圖形撲捉設(shè)備獲取高質(zhì)量葉片圖形,運(yùn)用專業(yè)軟件分析計(jì)算葉片面積等相關(guān)參數(shù),該軟件可以讀取其他TIFF標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖形,還可以額外配置XLFolia軟件協(xié)助數(shù)據(jù)處理。

    測(cè)量參數(shù)

    葉子測(cè)量參數(shù):葉面積(單個(gè)和總的),葉子穿孔面積(單個(gè)和總的),葉子長(zhǎng)度,葉周長(zhǎng),葉ZD寬度、平均寬度,縱橫比,形狀因子。

    葉片測(cè)量參數(shù):葉片面積(單個(gè)和總的),葉片和葉柄長(zhǎng)度,葉片ZD寬度、平均寬度,葉片周長(zhǎng)、自定義葉片寬度,自定義長(zhǎng)度和角度,自定義裂片角度。

    其他測(cè)量參數(shù):分析區(qū)域面積,葉片鋸齒高度、寬度、數(shù)量,包膜,不規(guī)則葉片形態(tài)分,病理分析(顏色分析)。


    應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域

    廣泛應(yīng)用于植物生理學(xué)、植物病理學(xué)、植物生態(tài)學(xué)、農(nóng)學(xué)、園藝、林學(xué)等學(xué)科,可進(jìn)行形態(tài)學(xué)、病理學(xué)研究。

    圖像撲捉系統(tǒng):經(jīng)廠家調(diào)試的臺(tái)式掃描儀或便攜式掃描儀(筆記本電腦供電)。

    · LC4800P:掃描面積 22×30 cm,分辨率 4800 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.005 mm,便攜式。

    · STD4800:掃描面積 22×30 cm,投影面積 20×25 cm,分辨率 4800 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.005 mm。

    · LA2400:超大掃描面積 31x44 cm,投影面積 31x42 cm,分辨率 2400 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.011 mm 。
