CAT500 引入了一些獨(dú)特的測(cè)試功能，大大節(jié)省了對(duì)所有類型的中高壓斷路器進(jìn)行狀態(tài)評(píng)估所需的時(shí)間。
定時(shí)通道記錄主電弧、電阻器和輔助觸點(diǎn)的閉合和斷開。主觸點(diǎn)通道還可以測(cè)量預(yù)插入電阻器（如果存
在于斷路器中）的電阻值。
CAT500 記錄 HV 和 MV 斷路器移動(dòng)部件的開合線圈電流和位移曲線圖。六個(gè)線圈控制模擬通道可以同
時(shí)啟動(dòng)操作、測(cè)量和記錄線圈電流（開和關(guān)），最高可達(dá) 35 A。

CAT 模塊可測(cè)量?jī)蓚?cè)接地 (BSG) 的 AIS（空氣絕緣變電站）斷路器的主電弧觸點(diǎn)定時(shí)、靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)電阻。

GIS測(cè)試模塊

兩側(cè)接地的 GIS 斷路器的定時(shí)測(cè)量適用于最苛刻的測(cè)試情況，例如單極操作的 GIS CB，其極外殼電阻非常低，
或 CT 不能包含在測(cè)試接入點(diǎn)之間的測(cè)量電路中.
GIS 測(cè)試模塊由三個(gè)基于電池的隔離電源組成，用于為單極受控 CB 的每個(gè)極提供大電流。
測(cè)試電流在每極 400-500 A 的范圍內(nèi)（取決于電池充電水平和測(cè)試電路的電阻）。
